-Future Space Gallery is an artists-run gallery focused on contemporary collectible design and sculpture. Our aim is to create a space and a network of emerging artists and to facilitate the connection between artists and collectors in a fair, artist-run independent platform. The selected objects are created with a focus on high-quality, craftsmanship and sustainability. We deliver worldwide.

-Future Space Gallery was founded by artist Desia Ava in 2022.

The gallery represents the latest talent in collectible furniture design, ceramics and glass. All represented artworks are carefully selected based on their artistic quality, aesthetics and craftsmanship.

- If you have found your desired collectible piece please contact us via email at futurespacegallery@gmail.com stating the piece that you want and your delivery address. We will come back to you asap with a delivery quote and production time. If you agree to these, we will proceed to invoicing you.

-Some of the pieces are available to be shipped immediately while others have a lead time of 2-5 weeks or more. Please contact us via email to check for availability.

The pieces are made mostly by hand or hand-finished. The majority of our represented artists are based in Sweden while some of our artists produce their works in Bulgaria and in the UK. The country of origin is stated in the description of each piece.

Once you have confirmed your order an invoice is issued to you with all payment details. Payments are done via bank transfer up to 5 business days from the invoice date.

To ensure a sustainable delivery process and avoid additional deliveries to a warehouse etc. we give the artists the chance to ship their pieces directly to the client. We aim for a transparency and building connections between artists and collectors.

All pieces are carefully packed and shipped via DHL/UPS/other curries. 

With each piece you buy from us you get a certificate of Authenticity signed by the Artist.

Please contact us via email with a description of the custom made piece of your desire.

Each artwork is carefully packed by the artist to the highest shipping standards to avoid any damages on the piece. However, shall such a damage be noticed upon delivery, please document it and contact us immediately to organize a return. All shipments are booked with an insurance.

In the case that your piece arrives in perfect state (which is the 99.9% of the cases) but you for some reason are not happy and would like to return in, it is possible to organize such a return as long as:

1.1. The return claim is made up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Such claims are made by email futurespacegallery@gmail.com

1.2. The piece is returned to us in the same state that it has been shipped-no damages etc.

1.3. The return shipment is payed by you.

In case all the above conditions are respected, you will receive your full refund up to 14 days from the date the piece has been successfully delivered back to us.

*Please note, in case you want to return a bespoke piece, a refund might not be possible as the piece has been made strictly to your liking of size and materials. Such cases will be considered individually for a partial refund, which has to be agreed on our side depending on each individual order.

-We do the best we can to provide the highest standard of packaging. However, it could happen that a delivery currier does not handle the package with enough care which may lead to damage. In this case we may ask you to take detailed pictures of the damages of the package and your piece and contact us immediately. Each shipment is insured up to a certain value and we will proceed into handling the refund through the delivery currier.
